Various additions and restorations were performed to a 1920’s original Arts & Crafts style home.The character is further enhanced by the duplication of such details as the large sweeping overhangs, exposed rafter tails, leaded glass windows and the use of period appropriate materials and authentic wood craftsmanship. Interior finishes and furnishings further typify the Arts & Crafts era.
