Once a company of industrial building constructors, the second generation owners wanted a different image for the company’s new management direction. In keeping with the company’s industrial building background, we worked with an industrial material palette to create a contemporary interpretation of a typical office improvement, in an existing storefront building on a main street in Etobicoke. The interiors include polished concrete floors, hollow metal frame and glass partitions, exposed open web steel joists, and precast wall panels.
