Leaside Renovations and additions to a post-war home on a narrow lot included a two storey rear and side addition which more than doubled the interior living area. The Leaside aesthetic was maintained and further enhanced by the use of authentic period details such as dentil frieze moulding, wood paneled shutters, double hung windows and standing seam metal roof. The interiors respected many of the original wood details such as the gumwood wainscoting and quarter sawn white oak flooring while creating a bright and spacious floor plan. |
